Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 on all orders within the United States.
Free shipping is automatically applied to orders of 3 or more items — no coupon needed!
Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. Stay tuned — we're working on expanding our reach!

Shipping Address Requirements
To ensure timely delivery:
- Provide a full and accurate shipping address. Use Latin characters only.
- Address Line 1 limit: 35 characters; Address Line 2 limit: 30 characters.
- PO boxes may be used for U.S. domestic addresses only (other destinations may reject PO box addresses or incur delays).
- If the shipping address is incorrect, incomplete, or rejected by the carrier, resulting delivery failures or returns are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking & Shipment
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping/tracking number via email (if available). Please allow some time for tracking information to update in carrier systems. If a tracking number is not available, we will still monitor your order status and keep you informed.
Lost, Damaged or Returned Shipments
- If a shipment is lost in transit or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will initiate an investigation with Printify.
- If you refuse a shipment or provide an invalid address, and the item is returned to us, any return shipping fees or re-shipping charges may apply.
- We do not automatically offer refunds for delays by carriers or customs. Our liability is limited to what Printify allows for that print provider and carrier.
Holiday and Peak-Season Shipping
Please be aware that during peak seasons (holidays, sales, extreme weather) production and shipping may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
Changes or Cancellations
Once an order is submitted to Printify for production, the order typically cannot be cancelled or changed without incurring additional costs (production may already be underway). Please review your order carefully before checkout.
